Then this boot camp is for you!

Participants will rotate through three participatory sessions:

• Reclaiming collective space: Using meetings to build strength and community.
• Turning union structures into organizing tools: Leveraging the system to get what we and our students need.
• Organizing and identifying leaders: Putting people to work and developing more leaders in your building.

Our schools are the most important union space we have. This boot camp will give you the tools to activate our strengths at the building level.
